What is a coaching program and how it works:
A team coaching program consist of a working protocol made of specific training practices (excercises) aim to:

- reduce intercessions that interfere with all activities;
- bring the team toward shared commited goals as part of a larger scope (Vision amd Mission of the organisation).
An executive coaching program it'a a working protocol defined by excerices that help the coachee to find personal awareness, while confronting the reality of the present. The following steps are guiding the executive to understand what are the values guiding him, what is his personal scope, and to work on the principles of transformative leadership.
The programs are organized in a 2, 3 day, in-person, off-site workshops, depending the specific needs. Following there are a series of "Zoom" post work-shop sessions, to support and follow up on the progress of the teams or the executive.
